Cut the zucchini into small pieces (350 g). Rub with 1/2 tsp of salt and let it sit for 10 minutes to release excess moisture.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 egg, 40 g of sugar, 100 g of yogurt, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1 tsp of baking powder. Mix well until smooth.
