  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5.3 ounces (150 g) cheese
  • Fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic (minced or as paste)
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Directions

  1. Grate the zucchinis into a bowl. In a blender, grind the oatmeal along with salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
