Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine: 5 eggs, 300 g of sugar, 1 pinch of vanilla, 1 tsp of salt. Whisk until well combined. Gradually add: 400 ml of kefir (or yogurt), 200 ml of vegetable oil. Continue whisking until smooth. Gradually fold in 550 g of flour and baking powder. Mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free. If necessary, add a bit more flour to achieve a thick but pourable consistency.

  2. Line a 26 x 38 cm baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the dish and level the surface evenly with a spatula.
