Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine butter (100 g), a pinch of salt, powdered sugar (80 g), one egg, vegetable oil (2 tbsp), flour (270 g), and baking powder (1/2 tsp). Mix until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

  2. After resting, shape the dough into small round balls. Use a knife to cut each ball in half and place the halves on a baking dish. Create a design on top of the dough using a knife or fork. Let the dough rest again for 10–15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until lightly golden.

  3. Once baked, remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool. Fill a piping bag or paper cone with boiled condensed milk (150 g) and pipe it into the center of each biscuit. Dust the tops with powdered sugar before serving.
