- 80 g brown sugar
- 70 g rice flour
- 30 g white bean flour
- 150 g + 20 g water
- 5 g soy sauce
- Soybean flour (for dusting)

Toast the walnuts in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Transfer to a bowl and grind into a fine powder.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine brown sugar, rice flour, white bean flour, 150 g water, and soy sauce. Mix well. Heat in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute, stir, then heat again at 600W for 2 minutes. Add the remaining 20 g of water and the ground walnuts. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Heat the mixture once more in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Spread a layer of soybean flour in a shallow bowl or tray. Pour the mixture over the soybean flour, then sprinkle more soybean flour on top. Flatten the mixture and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.
