  • Mozzarella cheese: 50 grams
  • Egg: 1
  • Cornstarch: 80 grams
  • Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon (plus more for frying)

Directions

  1. Peel and cut 300 grams of potatoes and 70 grams of carrots into pieces. Boil them for 15 minutes until tender.

  2. Mash the boiled potatoes and carrots. Add 40 grams of finely chopped onion, 60 grams of red chili (chopped), and 5 grams of chopped coriander.

  3. Mix in 50 grams of mozzarella cheese, 1/6 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

  4. Add 1 egg, 80 grams of cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the mixture. Combine everything thoroughly to form a smooth dough.
