Directions
1. Sauteing the onion
First, chop 1 large onion. Sauté the onions in a pan with a little olive oil and salt until golden brown.
2. Preparing the mixture
Next, add 100g of tuna, 1 tablespoon parsley, black or green olives, and grated cheese to the pan and mix well.
3. Preparing the puff pastry
Cut the puff pastry sheets into triangle shapes. Place the prepared mixture on the pastry and fold it securely.
4. Brushing with egg mixture
Then, mix 1 egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of milk and brush it onto the pastry.
5. Garnishing and baking
Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with black olives. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
