  • Shrimp: 6 pieces, peeled and deveined
  • Broccoli: 1 head, finely chopped
  • Olive Oil: As needed
  • White Wine: 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons
  • Salt: 2 teaspoons (adjust to taste)
  • Pepperoncino (chili flakes): To taste
  • Grano Padano Cheese (optional): Grated, to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse the tofu noodles thoroughly in water. Finely chop 10 cloves of garlic. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.

  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of white wine. Mix well and set aside to marinate.

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Lightly fry the chopped garlic, then add the pepperoncino and sauté briefly.

  4. Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked. Add the chopped broccoli and sauté until tender. Drizzle additional olive oil if needed, then stir in the tofu noodles.
