- 180 g mascarpone cheese
- 120 g whipping cream (full cream)
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a bowl, combine 110 g melted butter, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon instant coffee. Stir well. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking bicarbonate, 230 g flour, 100 g sugar, and 100 g brown sugar. Mix until the dough is well combined.Cover the dough and refrigerate it for a while.

In a separate bowl, beat together 180 g mascarpone, 120 g whipping cream, 3 tablespoons icing sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in the fridge.
