In a large mixing bowl, combine: Eggs (2 pieces) ,Milk (60 ml) ,Sugar (2 tablespoons) ,Vanilla (a pinch),Salt (a pinch),Dry yeast (5 g) Mix thoroughly until well combined. Add the butter (150 g) and mix well again. Gradually incorporate the flour (350 g), mixing until a dough forms. Add a little more flour, if needed, and knead the dough by hand until smooth. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 40 minutes in a warm place.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a flat sheet. Sprinkle sugar generously over the dough. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Roll each portion into a cylindrical or desired shape.
Dip each piece in sugar to coat and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. -
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the prepared dough pieces for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
