- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 3 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (for the dough)
- 30 ml water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil (for frying)

Peel and cut 400g of sweet potatoes into pieces. Place the pieces in a microwave-safe dish, add a little water, and microwave for 5 minutes until soft. Mash the sweet potatoes thoroughly.

Combine the mashed sweet potatoes with 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 3 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and 30 ml of water. Mix well to form a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into portions of about 50g each. Roll each portion into a round, flat cake with your hands. Repeat until all the dough is used.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the cakes in batches for 8-9 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
