  • 400 grams sweet potato
  • 100 grams almonds (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 small box yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Directions

  1. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into pieces. Microwave them for 5 minutes, then boil until soft.

  2. Mash the boiled sweet potatoes in a bowl. Add the chopped almonds and mix well.

  3. Add sesame seeds, white sugar, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, yogurt, and cooking oil to the mashed sweet potatoes.

  4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.

  5. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into round, flat cakes.

  6. Arrange the cakes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
