- 150 ml of kefir (or yogurt)
- 60 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

In a bowl, combine: 1 egg, 150 ml of yogurt or kefir, 60 ml of vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 pinch of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix until well combined. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and mix again. Then, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and gradually incorporate 350 grams of flour. Mix until the dough comes together, and knead gently with a little extra flour to form a soft, pliable dough.
