- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 10 g dry yeast
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 750 g flour

- 1 tsp milk
- Sugar (for sprinkling)

In a large bowl, combine warm milk, warm water, egg whites, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, vegetable oil, dry yeast, and flour. Mix well until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
