Directions
-
Crush the cookies in a blender until finely ground. Transfer to a bowl, add melted butter, and mix well. Press the mixture firmly into a 20 cm (8-inch) springform pan to form the crust.
-
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, whipping cream, eggs, and corn starch until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls.
-
Melt the dark chocolate and mix it into one bowl of the cream cheese mixture. Pour the chocolate cheesecake batter into the prepared crust. Transfer the plain cheesecake mixture into a piping bag, then pipe a swirl pattern over the chocolate layer. Bake at 130°C (266°F) for 90 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely, then refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
-
Mix caramel and peanuts in a bowl until well combined. Spread the caramel peanut mixture evenly over the chilled cheesecake. Let it set for 15-20 minutes before serving.
