  • Cream Cheese – 650 g (22.9 oz)
  • Sugar – 120 g (7 tbsp)
  • Whipping Cream (33%) – 70 g (2.4 oz)
  • Eggs – 3 pcs
  • Corn Starch – 1 tsp
  • Dark Chocolate – 50 g (1.7 oz)
  • Caramel – 250 g (8.8 oz)
  • Peanuts – 80 g (2.8 oz)

Directions

  1. Crush the cookies in a blender until finely ground. Transfer to a bowl, add melted butter, and mix well. Press the mixture firmly into a 20 cm (8-inch) springform pan to form the crust.

  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, whipping cream, eggs, and corn starch until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate and mix it into one bowl of the cream cheese mixture. Pour the chocolate cheesecake batter into the prepared crust. Transfer the plain cheesecake mixture into a piping bag, then pipe a swirl pattern over the chocolate layer. Bake at 130°C (266°F) for 90 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely, then refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

  4. Mix caramel and peanuts in a bowl until well combined. Spread the caramel peanut mixture evenly over the chilled cheesecake. Let it set for 15-20 minutes before serving.
