- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 100g Butter
- 100g Yogurt (or Sour Cream)
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Vanilla
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250g Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbsp Sugar (for filling)

Directions

In a bowl, combine 200g flour and 100g butter with your hands until crumbly.

In another bowl, whisk the egg, yogurt, 2 tbsp sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add the flour-butter mixture and mix with your hands to form a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.

Combine cottage cheese and 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl.

Divide the dough into 10 equal parts. Roll each into a ball and cover with plastic wrap.

Roll out each ball into a small circle. Make a slit in the center with a knife, leaving space on one side. Place 1 tbsp of the cheese filling on the solid side, then fold and seal the dough over the filling.

Place the filled dough pieces on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
