In a mixing bowl, combine: 200g minced pork, 150g chopped green onion, 6g (0.6 tbsp) allulose (or sugar), 12g (1.5 tbsp) cooking wine, 12g (1.5 tbsp) sesame oil (or cooking oil)28g (3.5 tbsp) soy sauce, 10g (1 tbsp) oyster sauce, 2g (1 tsp) ginger powder. Mix thoroughly with chopsticks to create the meat filling.

Place a portion of the meat filling on each tofu piece. Cover with another piece of tofu to form a "sandwich." In a separate bowl, whisk the 2 eggs until smooth. Spread the egg mixture evenly over the tofu, ensuring all sides are well-coated.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add some oil. Fry the tofu sandwiches slowly over low heat until golden brown and cooked through.
