  • Corn Starch: 25 g / 2 tbsp
  • Cream Cheese: 250 g / 8.8 oz
  • Whipping Cream (33%): 150 ml
  • Powdered Sugar: 30 g / 2 tbsp
  • Strawberries: 200 g / 7.0 oz

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, salt, sugar, lemon juice, and corn starch. Beat until the mixture is smooth and forms stiff peaks.

  2. Pour the mixture into a 35x25 cm baking container. Bake at 150°C for 30–35 minutes. Once baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool.

  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipping cream until smooth and creamy.

  4. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the baked meringue. Distribute the strawberries across the surface. Carefully roll the meringue into a roulade. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set.

  5. Remove the roulade from the refrigerator and apply any remaining cream on top. Slice additional strawberries in half and use them to garnish.
