In a bowl, whisk together 80 grams of milk and 45 grams of cooking oil. Gradually add 60 grams of cake flour, mixing until smooth and well combined.

In another bowl, beat 180 grams of egg whites with 2 grams of lemon juice and 2 grams of lemon zest using a hand blender until creamy. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the prepared dough, mixing until fully incorporated.

Pour the batter into a 28×28 cm cake pan. Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes. Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely.

In a separate bowl, beat 150 grams of cream cheese with 38 grams of sugar using a hand mixer until smooth. Add 300 grams of heavy whipping cream and continue mixing until a creamy consistency is achieved. Transfer the cream into a piping bag.

Cut the cooled cake into 3×3 pieces. Take one piece and spread a layer of cream from the piping bag. Add fresh strawberries on top, then place another cake layer over it. Repeat the process with cream and strawberries for the next layer. Finally, divide the assembled cake into three equal parts as shown in the video.
