Directions
1. Prepare Strawberry Sauce
In a pan, add frozen strawberries, 40g cane sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until soft, then blend to make a sauce.
2. Make the Crumble
Mix oatmeal, ground nuts, 20g cane sugar, salt, and melted butter. Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes. Once cool, crush into crumbs.
3. Whip the Ice Cream
Whip heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and strawberry sauce together. Freeze until semi-solid.
4. Prepare Jelly
Heat agar agar and water in a pan. Add milk and 40g condensed milk, bring to a boil. Pour into a dish, chill to set, and cut into cubes.
5. Assemble & Serve
In a serving bowl, first scoop in the ice cream. Sprinkle crumble on top, then add jelly cubes. Garnish with strawberry sauce as desired and serve.
