Directions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and cutting them into halves. Set aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt together for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy. Gradually add the vegetable oil and milk, mixing well after each addition.
