Directions

  1. In a bowl, cream together 200 grams of butter, 170 grams of powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the honey and lemon zest. Once the mixture is smooth, add 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder and approximately 480 grams of flour. Mix until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour and knead by hand until it reaches a soft, pliable consistency.

  2. Divide the dough into portions. Take one portion and roll it into a ball with your hands. Place the dough ball on a baking sheet and gently flatten it. Sprinkle a little flour over the dough and press it with a cookie stamp to create a design.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Place the baking sheet with the cookies in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
