- 330g chicken thigh meat (chicken breast not recommended)
- 60g cabbage, finely chopped
- 60g onion, finely chopped
- 3g (1 tsp) salt
- 9g (0.5 tsp) minced garlic
- 8g (1 tbsp) cooking wine
- Black pepper, to taste
- 6 wooden skewers
- 7g (0.7 tbsp) curry powder
- 6g (1 tbsp) chili powder (or paprika)
- 60g (3 tbsp) sugar-free yogurt
- 10g (1 tbsp) cornstarch (or substitute with yogurt)
- 8g (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 20g (2 tbsp) cooking oil

Directions
1. Step
Finely chop the cabbage, onion, and chicken thigh meat. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped ingredients with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and cooking wine. Mix well until evenly coated.

Heat some cooking oil in a pan. Shape the chicken mixture into small balls and place them in the pan. Add a little water, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool slightly. Thread the chicken balls onto wooden skewers (optional).
