  • All-purpose flour: 150 g
  • Garlic (minced): 1 tsp
  • Green onion (chopped): 20 g
  • Pepper: 15 g
  • Chili powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil: 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Peel 400 g of potatoes, cut them into pieces, and boil for 15 minutes until soft. Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.

  2. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 150 g of all-purpose flour to the mashed potatoes. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth dough.

  3. Shape the dough into small round pieces of pasta. Boil the pasta for 3 minutes, then transfer it to cold water to cool.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the pasta with 20 g of chopped green onion, 15 g of pepper, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1/4 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Mix well to coat the pasta evenly.
