  • Soft tofu
  • Pork belly (120g)
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soybean paste
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 120ml water

Directions

1. Step

Finely chop the green onion and half of the onion. Cut the soft tofu in half, then into two pieces. Cook the Pork Belly

2. Step

In a pan over medium heat, fry the pork belly until it turns grey and is well-cooked. Transfer to a cutting board, chop finely, then return it to the pan and continue frying. Add the chopped green onion and chili powder, then stir in the chopped onion. Fry quickly, ensuring the ingredients don’t burn.

3. Step

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, soybean paste, sugar, and minced garlic. Pour the mixture into the pan and stir well. Add 120ml of water, mix, and let it simmer. Gently break the soft tofu into small pieces with a spoon and mix into the sauce. Add more chopped green onions and let it simmer until well combined.
