- 1/3 tsp salt, for boiling
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/3 tsp salt, for seasoning
- 1 tbsp corn starch

In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, an additional 1/3 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of corn starch. Toss until evenly coated.
