  • 5 g instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 330–350 g flour (adjust as needed)
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (or any hot sauce/chili sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chicken fillet (quantity as needed)

Directions

1. Step

In a mixing bowl, combine 350 g flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 5 g salt, 5 g instant yeast, warm milk, and olive oil. Mix well and knead until a soft dough forms. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
