- 1 onion (250g), finely chopped
- 20g garlic
- 10g fresh coriander
- Hot pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 3 tbsp tomato paste (50g)
- 500g minced beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tomatoes (300g), chopped
- 250g zucchini, chopped
- 2 potatoes (300g), chopped
- 100g carrots, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Hot water (enough to cover the meat)
- Vegetable oil (for sautéing)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Heat a pot over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden. In a food processor, blend the garlic, fresh coriander, and hot pepper with cumin and coriander seeds until smooth.
