Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes (800g)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 100g onion, finely chopped
  • 1/6 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 20g green onion, finely sliced

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, ensuring the total weight is 800g. Cut them into small square pieces.

  2. Boil the diced potatoes in water for 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly and set aside.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the boiled potatoes and fry for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chopped onion, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir continuously while cooking for an additional 4 minutes.

  4. Add the sliced green onions and mix well. Serve hot and enjoy!
