  • Unsalted Butter (melted): 20 g
  • Yeast: 3 g
  • Bread Flour or Wheat Flour: 300 g
  • Salt: 3 g

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 210 ml milk, 38 g sugar, 3 g yeast, and 20 g melted unsalted butter. Add 300 g bread flour/wheat flour and 3 g salt to the mixture. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.Knead the dough again briefly, then cover it and let it rise for 1 hour.

  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each part into a smooth, round ball. Place the dough balls together, cover them with plastic wrap, and let them rest for 15 minutes.

  3. Shape each dough ball into your desired design (refer to the video or instructions for the specific pattern). Arrange the shaped dough pieces on a baking tray. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them proof for 1 hour.

  4. Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F). Bake the dough for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm or chilled, as desired.
