Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.Knead the dough again briefly, then cover it and let it rise for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each part into a smooth, round ball. Place the dough balls together, cover them with plastic wrap, and let them rest for 15 minutes.
