Directions
1. Step
In a bowl, add pizza dough, instant dry yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well, then add warm water and olive oil. Stir until all ingredients come together, then divide the mixture into two portions and wrap them in plastic wrap. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove from the fridge and lightly dust a tray with flour. Roll the dough into a round shape and place it on the tray. Use a spoon to make small indentations.

Spread tomato pasta sauce over the indentations and evenly spread it. Then, top with sliced pineapple and tomato. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and place shrimp on top.
4. Step
Add more mozzarella cheese and bake at 200°C for 12 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and top with arugula.
