  • 280 grams potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/6 tsp black pepper
  • 1/5 tsp salt
  • 75 grams oats
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (plus extra for frying)

Directions
