Prepare the Dough In a mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs, 3 g yeast, 40 g honey, and 90 g milk. Stir with a spatula until well mixed. Add 300 g bread flour (or wheat flour) and 3 g salt. Mix thoroughly to form a dough. Cover the bowl with a lid and let the dough rest for 20 minutes. After resting, spread 30 g unsalted butter evenly over the dough. Knead gently, then cover again and let it rest for 1 hour.

Shape the Dough Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a smooth ball, then cover with plastic wrap (or polythene) and let rest for 15 minutes.

Shape and Proof the Rolls Flatten each dough ball with a rolling pin, then shape into rolls or create designs with your hands.
Place the shaped dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and let proof for 40 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F) during the proofing time. -
