- 3 grams salt
- 30 grams unsalted butter
- 80 grams butter
- Black pepper (to taste)

In a bowl, combine the milk, sugar, egg, and yeast. Mix well. Add the flour and salt, then mix by hand until a dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add 30 grams of unsalted butter to the dough. Mix well to incorporate. Cover again and let the dough rest for another 40 minutes.
