- ½ tsp salt
- 30 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 30 ml milk
- Cheese and mozzarella (for topping)

Peel and finely chop the potatoes into small pieces. Place them in a bowl, add water, and mix in ½ tsp salt. Microwave for 6 minutes, then drain the water.
