In a bowl, mix 75 grams of milk, 60 grams of cooking oil, 85 grams of cake flour, and the 5 egg yolks. Stir well to form a smooth mixture (butter).

In a separate bowl, beat the 5 egg whites with 5 grams of lemon juice and 65 grams of sugar, gradually adding the sugar while mixing to form a stiff cream. Combine the butter from Step 1 with the egg cream and mix thoroughly. Add chopped hot dogs, green onions, and meat floss, and mix well to form the cake batter.
