  • 75 grams milk
  • 60 grams cooking oil
  • 85 grams cake flour
  • 5 eggs (separate yolks and whites)
  • 2 grams salt
  • 5 grams lemon juice
  • 65 grams sugar
  • Chopped hot dogs
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Meat floss
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix 75 grams of milk, 60 grams of cooking oil, 85 grams of cake flour, and the 5 egg yolks. Stir well to form a smooth mixture (butter).

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the 5 egg whites with 5 grams of lemon juice and 65 grams of sugar, gradually adding the sugar while mixing to form a stiff cream. Combine the butter from Step 1 with the egg cream and mix thoroughly. Add chopped hot dogs, green onions, and meat floss, and mix well to form the cake batter.

  3. Pour the batter into a cake pan. Top with 20 grams of meat floss, chopped hot dogs, green onions, and a dollop of mayonnaise. Bake at 150°C (302°F) for 50 minutes, then reduce the temperature. Once done, allow the cake to cool before serving chilled.
