In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, icing sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter, sour cream, and egg. Mix the ingredients well using your hands until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, icing sugar, corn starch, vanilla sugar, and egg until smooth and well-combined.

Roll out the rested dough using a rolling pin to your desired thickness. Spread the prepared cottage cheese filling evenly on top of the dough. Roll the dough into a cylinder or shape it into a round. Use a cookie cutter or mold to cut the dough into shapes, if desired. Place the prepared pieces onto a baking tray.
