- 100g heavy cream
- 140g rice flour
- 15g almonds (chopped)
- 15g potato starch
- 100g dark chocolate (chopped, divided)

In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, sugar, heavy cream, rice flour, chopped almonds, and potato starch. Add half of the chopped dark chocolate to the mixture and mix well. Set aside the remaining chocolate for topping.

Take half of the dough and form small 5g balls. Press a few chocolate pieces on top and microwave at 600W for 1 to 2 minutes. Shape the remaining dough into a large round cookie. Place the leftover chocolate pieces on top and microwave at 160°C (320°F) for 10-13 minutes.
