Combine Wet Ingredients In a bowl, whisk together eggs (3), vegetable oil (70 g), and milk (140 g). In a separate bowl, cream butter (80 g), sugar (250 g), vanilla sugar (1 tsp), and a pinch of salt until smooth. Combine with the egg mixture.

Mix Dry Ingredients In another bowl, sift together flour (370 g) and baking powder (10 g). Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined. Fold in the raisins (100 g)
