- Potatoes: 300 grams
- Black pepper: 1/5 tsp
- Garlic powder: 1/6 tsp
- Salt: 1/3 tsp
- Cooking oil: 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander: 5 grams, chopped
- Cornstarch: 80 grams

Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes or until tender.

Drain and mash the boiled potatoes. Add black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Mix until well-combined.
