  • Potatoes: 400 grams, peeled
  • Pepper: 1/6 tsp
  • Chili powder: 1/5 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1/6 tsp
  • Salt: 1/3 tsp
  • Cooking oil: 1 tbsp (plus a few drops for frying)
  • Fresh coriander: 5 grams, chopped
  • Cornstarch: 90 grams
