Directions

  1. Peel 430 grams of potatoes, boil them for 15 minutes, and mash thoroughly.

  2. To the mashed potatoes, add: 1/6 teaspoon black pepper, 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Mix the ingredients until well combined.

  3. Add the following to the potato mixture: 60 grams of mozzarella cheese, 100 grams of corn starch, 5 coriander leaves, chopped. Mix everything together to form a smooth dough.

  4. Transfer the dough into a piping bag. Pipe out long, thin logs and cut them into 5–6 cm pieces.

  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the pieces for approximately 9 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
