  • Butter – 120 g (for batter) + 50 g (for caramel)
  • Milk – 170 ml
  • Flour – 220 g
  • Baking powder – 10 g
  • Brown sugar – 100 g
  • Canned pineapple – 1 can

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, vanilla sugar, and sugar until well combined. Add the milk, 120 g of melted butter, and mix again. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, stirring until you get a smooth batter.

  2. In a separate small bowl, mix 100 g of brown sugar with 50 g of melted butter. Pour this mixture into the bottom of a 20 cm baking pan.
