Directions

  1. Roast 20 grams of peanuts in a frying pan over medium heat until golden brown. Chop the roasted peanuts into small pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, vanillin, and flour until well combined. Stir in the roasted peanuts, ensuring even distribution. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a square. Lightly score the surface to mark smaller pieces for easier breaking later.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a frying pan with the vegetable oil, stirring until smooth. Break the cooled nut mixture into small pieces and dip them into the melted dark chocolate until fully coated. Place the coated pieces onto a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until set.

  3. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the refrigerated chocolate-coated pieces in a triangular design. Return to the refrigerator to set completely.

  4. In a bowl, combine cloves, cardamom pods, and your preferred spices for mulled wine. Add two thin slices of orange, a teaspoon of black tea, and enough boiling water to cover. Let it steep for a few minutes.
