Directions
1. Step
Grind the oatmeal into a fine powder using a blender. Sift the powdered oatmeal into a bowl. Add stevia powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the powdered oatmeal. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix 1¼ cups (300 ml) of milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Divide the mixture into two equal parts. To one portion, add the cocoa powder and the additional 1/4 cup (60 ml) of milk. Stir until smooth.
3. Step
Pour half of the plain milk mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently to combine. Gradually mix in the cocoa milk mixture, stirring gently for 1 minute. Transfer the batter to a greased or lined baking dish. Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips on top (optional). Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
