  • 14 ounces (400 g) mascarpone or cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together: 14 ounces (400 g) mascarpone or cream cheese, 4 tablespoons of peanut butter. Divide the mixture into two portions: Spread half evenly over the oatmeal layer in the glasses. Spread the other half evenly over the oatmeal layer in the square container.
