  • Icing Sugar: 3 tbsp
  • Butter: 125 g (6 tbsp)
  • Egg: 1
  • Sour Cream or Yogurt: 3 tbsp
  • Peaches: 300 g

Directions

  1. Prepare the Dough In a large bowl, combine: Flour (300 g) A pinch of saltBaking powder (1 tsp)Icing sugar (3 tbsp) Butter (125 g), softened Egg (1) Sour cream or yogurt (3 tbsp) Mix well with your hands until a smooth dough forms.

  2. Shape and Assemble Roll the dough into a large, round shape using a rolling pin. Cut the dough into 22–24 equal pieces. Place a portion of the sliced peaches (300 g) on each piece, then roll each into a round or crescent shape.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange the rolled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Garnish
    Once cooled, sprinkle icing sugar on top as desired.
