Prepare the Dough In a large bowl, combine: Flour (300 g) A pinch of saltBaking powder (1 tsp)Icing sugar (3 tbsp) Butter (125 g), softened Egg (1) Sour cream or yogurt (3 tbsp) Mix well with your hands until a smooth dough forms.

Shape and Assemble Roll the dough into a large, round shape using a rolling pin. Cut the dough into 22–24 equal pieces. Place a portion of the sliced peaches (300 g) on each piece, then roll each into a round or crescent shape.
