  • 1 peach
  • 10 grams granulated sugar (for peach mixture)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 200 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 30 grams granulated sugar (for cream)
  • Cookies of your choice
  • Fresh raspberries and blueberries (for topping)

Directions

  1. Clean and peel the peach, then cut it into small pieces.
    Place the peach pieces in a bowl and mix with 10 grams of granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Set aside.

  2. Place a larger bowl filled with ice cubes and position another bowl on top to keep the cream mixture cold. In the top bowl, combine 200 ml of heavy cream, 200 grams of mascarpone cheese, and 30 grams of granulated sugar.Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy.

  3. In a serving bowl or dish, layer cookies at the base. Add a small amount of the peach mixture on top of the cookies. Spread a layer of the prepared cream over the peach mixture. Repeat the layers with cookies, peach mixture, and cream until the dish is filled or layers are complete. Garnish the top layer with small pieces of raspberries and blueberries.

  4. Serve the dessert immediately, or chill it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes for a cooler treat.
