  • Flour: 480 g / 3 cups
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp
  • Powdered sugar: 150 g / 11 tsp
  • Salt: A pinch
  • Butter: 150 g / 5.2 oz
  • Egg: 1
  • Vanilla sugar: 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil: 100 g / 3.5 oz

Directions

  1. Grind 60 g of almonds in a blender and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Add flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, vanilla sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth dough forms.

  2. Divide the dough into 30 equal portions. Roll each portion into a small ball. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a patterned stamp or tool to design the tops of the cookies, if desired.
