Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, combine flour (280 grams) and baking powder (1 teaspoon).Add butter (100 grams) and mix by hand until the mixture is crumbly. -
Mix Wet Ingredients In a separate bowl, whisk together:
Egg (1 pc) Egg yolk (1 pc) Sugar (80 grams) Vanilla (a pinch) Salt (a pinch) Pour this mixture into the flour-butter mixture and combine by hand until a dough forms. -
Shape the Dough Divide the dough into two portions: Use 2/3 to roll out a 22 cm circle for the tart base and form the edges. Wrap the remaining 1/3 and place it in the freezer.

Prepare the Orange FillingPeel and chop the oranges (2 pcs) into small pieces. Blend the orange pieces until smooth. In a saucepan, combine the blended orange with sugar (100 grams) and cornstarch (2 tablespoons). Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens.

Take the dough from the freezer, cut it into small pieces, and place them over the orange filling. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
